Can we visit the kennels prior to booking?

We welcome visitors to view the kennels but ask that this is by appointment to avoid walking and feeding times.

Why do you insist on vaccinations being up to date including kennel cough?

This is to safeguard your pet against becoming ill.

Do we need to bring any food or bedding?

All food and bedding is supplied. However it is a good idea to bring a toy or similar to assist your pet in settling in to unfamiliar surroundings.

Is any insurance included?

All boarders are covered under a pet plan policy.

Will my dog be walked regularly

All pets are walked at least twice per day.
