Conditions of Boarding

Healthcare

• Pets must have been vaccinated within the last 12 months and the vaccination certificate produced
• Dogs must have been vaccinated against Distemper, Hepatitis Leptosporosis and Parvovirus
• Vaccination against Kennel Cough is essential
• Cats to be vaccinated against Influenza and Enteritis
• Male cats should be Neutered
• We reserve the right to refuse boarding of any pet without a current up to date vaccination certificate or any pet ill on arrival

Conditions

1. Although all pet(s) will be given every care I understand that they are boarded at the owner's risk.
2. I authorise Sibthorpe Kennels to call a Vet on my behalf if necessary and that the owner is liable for any charges not covered by insurance.
3. A cheque for £20 per pet is required as a non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking.
4. Boarding fees are due for payment on the day of arrival.
5. All days booked must be paid for in full unless cancellation is notified more than 7 days before check in date.
6. Pet(s) not collected by noon on the day of departure will be charged for that day.
7. Alternative arrangements will be made for pet(s) not collected within 14 days of the collection date at the owner's expense.
8. All pet(s) need a current vaccination certificate.
9. Boarding fees are due for the full booking should I collect my pet(s) before the due date of departure.
